not to poo poo on the overall message that high protein meals can be very beneficial but the ideas mentioned are more in the 15g-25g range (3 egg omelette for example would need a lot of cheese to get it in the 30-50g range). again, all for the message, just think it should be accurate when put out as nutrition advice
