I have been doing vegan for 8 mths now. I do like the weight loss all be is slow. I do havd to say though it has caused lots of gas issues and some bloating as well.

The Professionals used a lot of terms that a layman has a hard time to understand. I would really appreciate if you could explain in simpler terms without using any medical terminology and suggest food sources as well. Also, the audio was a little bit low in my opinion so it was hard to understand few things.

I just wish the one woman would talk plainly instead of her apologies for the "gross" topic and words she uses. We're already here at this video b/c of issues dealing with constipation, bloating, gas, so we have a hunch it's not gonna be pretty talk. But, it's necessary. Just a constructive criticism. There is more clarity when a doc or specialist is straight & open as opposed to beating around the bush and trying to not offend sensibilities. Love your videos and have turned a few friends onto them, so, again, thank you. 😃

Very good video. Even though I have yet to become vegan, I still found this video very helpful because I want to improve my gut. I have experienced these symptoms before (gas, bloating, and sometimes digestion). Maybe that’s because I’ve either been eating the wrong stuff (which I know eating too much junk food isn’t good for my gut), or it’s because I’m eating way too much in general (idk if I have a disorder of that, but I eat like a lot). This also caused me to gain weight, although I’ve been decreasing my weight lately by taking walks outside. I eventually realized that what I’m doing is what’s causing these consequences for me, so I wanted to clean my gut and stay healthy, and watching this video felt very helpful. Moving forward, I will love to follow your steps, and I hope they work very well. Thanks for this video, Nikki ♥️

Nobody mentioned low stomach acid causing pain and bloating. As a test, I started taking 2 or 3 HCl capsules with each meal and the pain in my left side that would happen each night has decreased. I have no idea if I actually have low stomach acid but the capsules seem to help a bit, but not completely.
