You know when you first started talking about going completely starch based and getting tons of energy from eating lots of potatoes, I admit I rolled my eyes. But I've started losing weight, I'm not hungry all the time, I'm satisfied with simpler foods and not thinking about food all the time. Thanks for ushering me into this way of eating and making it manageable and easy!
I started drinking coffee with my grandma at like 6 years old…. i definitely understand the nostalgia.. i almost went a year without it.. but i had a relapse😅
I just discovered Tazo lemon loaf flavor🤤🤤 I just bought 6 boxes from Amazon.. I'm going to add more to my day.
I put a banana, blueberries, cinnamon, one tablespoon of milled flaxseed and a little bit of almond extract… In the water for the oatmeal. Then, when boiling in goes the steel cut oats and when done, it tastes like cobbler.
I miss my stair master so much! I used to have an old classic, nothing fancy but very effective, now all they have out there that I can find now are those little mini steppers that so far are not any good or a machine that's in the thousands lol it so sucks hahaha I must find one now because after this video I am going to be obsessed about finding one and you're right, it is a MONSTER lol but that's probably one of the reasons you have such great legs lol so it's worth it too! 💪😉
Feel like a broken record asking this but the one struggle I have is missing oil in salad. Can def water saute no problem but with all the salad I eat I really miss the slip of the oil. Balsamic alone isnt cutting it. Like FF dressings but miss the italian recipe of vinegar and oil. Prob no such thing as oil free oil lol but figured I would put out there. Some one said try the aqua faba from the chickpeas juice. Nah. New subscriber to your channel. Like your style. Thanks

I did the stair master once. I lasted 10 seconds and I thought I was dying! Great job! Great video!
