Canterbury Village in Lake Orion is set to host a three-day fiesta.
The third annual Michigan Taco Fest is set for Friday-Sunday, featuring tacos from 12 vendors, strolling Mariachi bands, taco and hot pepper eating contests, and signature Mexican dishes and desserts. Taco Fest also features live music, a cutest Chihuahua contest, Lucha Libre wrestling, a mechanical bull riding challenge, and a Pinata play area for kids.
On the beverage front, Taco Fest will have a selection of beers, margaritas and specialty cocktails, along with more than 40 tequilas to sample.
Tickets are available to online for $5 per person or $10 at the gate. Parking is $5. Veterans and active-duty members of the military get in free with ID, along with children 3 and younger.
