Hi Karen, thanks for these tips for traveling. I’m about 9 months into my Whole Foods raw vegan, g-f and sugar-free journey right now after being junk food vegan for about 8 years. I feel fabulous and look great until recently I noticed my muscle mass depleting everywhere even my buttocks which were always a good shape and now seem to be disappearing….? I have started trying to do some targeted exercise – in your opinion will that work and bring back my muscle tone or do I need to eat some rice or suchlike?
