The Violife Vegan Blue has been debuted by the Upfield-owned vegan cheese brand as a product perfect for consumers to choose as a way to enhance charcuterie boards or recipes. The vegan-friendly product is formulated with a nut-free recipe that uses spirulina to create a veiny appearance that will call to mind Danish blue cheeses. The plant-based product is being launched in the UK where consumers can pick it up from Tesco locations for £3.25 per block.
