Even if we ate dirt, we wouldn't absorb any B12 from it. We'd need a fermenting foregut to do that, like a ruminant. What bullshit. Any B12 made bioavailable by your colon bacteria is not absorbed there, and is excreted. You could eat that I guess, that's what other great apes do. But I wouldn't, instead I recommend you don't listen to this man's lies. Cows get their B12 from the grass they ferment, and we get ours from the flesh of animals. Nobody is routinely supplementing their cattle. Lies upon lies upon lies.

Soy…. I always wonder if I’m drinking too much soy milk. I’ve substituted dairy milk in my tea with soy milk. This means I drink about half a litre of it every day. I don’t eat other soy products on a daily basis, but tofu maybe twice a week and soy yoghurt or soy ice cream also once a week. Seeing as women in Asia do eat soy products daily, are there no new studies available showing that soy is definitely okay every day?

I eat a very diverse vegan diet but Cronometer says that I only get about 30% of the recommended quantity of Choline each day. And i think that is the case for a lot of vegans. So that concerns me. I will be looking for the dried soy nuts as the doctor advises and see how much of a difference that makes.
