The combination of fats and glucose (sugar!) increases the the chance of heart disease.
Nutrients he conveniently didn't cover : carnosine, creatine, DHA , vitamin D3, heme iron ,taurine. Why? because it doesn't fit in his narrative. I would have more respect for this doctor if he at least covered these nutrients and the lack thereof when eating only plant based. He's well spoken and for the most part what he says is true but his credibility goes to shit for conveniently ignoring these things.

A dear friend of mine went on a low carb diet , Aka Atkins and lost >150 pds. Not wanting to gain the weight back that she lost, she has remained on this diet >8 years. at the age of 72 she has profound dementia. I truly believe that the lack of glucose has caused her brain to shrink. Five years ago she expressed that Imaging showed her brain was was fraught with white matter.
I hope that someday there will be studies showing what a low carb diet does to the brains of aging individuals.

I was haven herpes 2 on my private part. I have had them for about 2 and a bit years. I am so scared what my mates are going to says if there should fined out i have herpes on my private part and due to the virus my girlfriend broke up with me. I have been to the Doctors 9 times to get it treated. They all come back.
