This is insane. It would be nearly impossible for a normal person with a real job that body builds to be on a vegan diet. I've watched a few videos now from multiple vegan body building channels, and the time it takes to shop, cook, and consume the required amount of plant based food a body builder needs is simple not possible for a normal person working a 40 hr week. Even these Youtubers, seem to spent there entire day shopping, cooking, consuming, and working out. To fully commit i would basically have no life. So so obv

INSPIRATIONAL BRO! I'm about to begin bodybuilding again. I went from 150 to 190 lbs and increased my bench press from 160 to 315+ on a meat diet. I am now back down to 150 after not going to the gym for multiple years, I'm now very educated on my whole foods plant based diet and I'm beginning a journey of bodybuilding. I'm going to track my progress on social media and build a youtube channel around it. Thanks for your inspiration bro!
