You forgot to mention that your body type is ectomorph so that is why what you do works for you, and it might for other ectomorph people, but not for endomorph people, bottom line, look for what type of body you have and follow your own routine.

Thank you! Your workout sounds very doable. We are a vegan family of 4; all thin build but not all regular workout folk. My daughter and husband workout regularly w soccer/gymnastics but for me and my 14yr old son, our stories match your earlier one a bit. I look fwd to installing a pull up bar and using our weights again.

This is the only thing missing in my life: exercising. I am trying really hard to keep going to the gym. Sometimes I feel that time is a problem, but I am making this a top priority. For about 2 years I was recovering from a sprained ankle. Feeling a lot of pain… I am glad I was able to overcome this!
