I'm surprised to hear that they're identical twins because they looks slighly different, the one on the left has a slightly more prominant jawline …
Anecdotal evidence, Doctor? Really? And you don't think this kind of thing undermines your credibility?
We humans have a bad habit of taking VERY complex issues & presenting them as "either or/right or wrong" situations. The huge number of "diets" humans have come up with in the past 100 yrs makes it clear that humans can thrive on vastly different diets – in other words, there are many legitimate choices, not just two or three. Constantly insisting that there's one right way to eat is short sighted – what's healthy for one person isn't necessarily healthy for everyone. The argument that veganism is better for the earth is egotistical & over simplified. The total number of large herbivores on earth hasn't gone up, we've just switched from vast herds of bison to feed lots full of cattle.
Strange that the meat eater mentioned eating significant amounts of sugar, I’d say that’s responsible for the fatigue he experienced.
Who the sex change have been more affective if the pacient were virgin or less painful are you gender the same size.
12 weeks is in no way long enough to evaluate either diet. When you stop eating sugar and processed foods, no matter which diet, your going to feel better, initially. But when your on a diet for months and months, that's when things begin to change and you start to feel not so good. Why? Because nutritional deficiencies then begin to rear their ugly head. People just chalk it up to that ole cliche' "I must be detoxing" To truly evaluate a new way of eating, you need at least a year, time to let your body adjust.
Well eating dog shit is better for one than the standard american diet…which is nothing more than processed food…
do not confuse SAD with the Carnivore diet…big fooking difference…if you want to eat weeds and think it is good for
you by all means have at it…I myself will stick with good old fashion grass fed RED meat 🥩…..
The non vegan is eating sugary crap so I can’t see how this is a meaningful experiment
The more animal fat I eat the better I feel every time I eat carbs my joints swell and the pain comes back.
I would love to see a comparison of vegan vs. Ketogenic diet, including lab results and fitness testing results. Either diet is an improvement over the SAD.
This was a waste. Nothing was defined really. No foods etc. Weird. Propaganda much!
How do you go vegan? Do you have a food replicator
From star trek
He had energy all day because he was constantly eating food that turned into sugars
But who was eating more (or less) junk food? I'd rather have veggies, water and fresh meat than a donut, chips and booze.
12 weeks is not enough, they didn't cut carbs and sugar
Seriously the vegan looks awesome, and way better. Yay team vegan!!! I hate seeing these dried out vegan women who make us look bad because they drink alcohol and eat tons of processed crap. Nice!
what's your guys blood types? 🙂
Vegan vs carnivore. Go
Great talk. I like that the transitional stage of a dietary change is mentioned. I think it’s important to get this information out there and to emphasise that the body needs time to adjust and it’s not just immediate switch where all of a sudden you feel the benefits.
I lost about 10 kilo since going vegetarian in my own time (away from home, with family, I might eat some meat) and my cholesterol level has dropped in a good way as well.
The strange thing is I get "a lot" of stick from non, overweight, family members, saying eating vegetarian is unhealthy and making fun of me eating more fruit and vegetables (?)
I learned nothing from this interview and video. What a waste of time…
In the clip icon, the non-vegan has the lower bodyfat. That’s obvious.
Vegans usually go malnourished.
