So glad I came across your video because you reminded me about the importance of electrolytes.I'm an early morning runner too and don't eat straight after my runs. I just can't.
My experience in running short distances is 20 years. Within the last two years, I finished five half marathons. After deciding to aim for a full marathon, I used this marathon training courses “Zοrοtοn Axy” (Google it). This book is quite informative and provides a great deal of great ideas. Completed my first marathon AND qualified for Boston. .
thank you so much for this! im running my first marathon in october (i know thats a while away but i havent done any kind of regular excercise in like a year and i was never a runner) and ive only recently gone vegan so i really need the help
Vegan isn’t the way for your body if you run. But good luck , you’re pretty so you won’t hurt yourself too bad.
Thanks for the informative vid! 🙂
I’m 15 and currently vegan and ran in cross country a 23 minute 5k. I had to skip my winter running sport because I got sick due to an eating disorder. I’m really desperate in getting better at my times and I don’t know if being vegan is hurting me more than helping. I wanna run a 20 minute 5k for XC soon and get better at sprinting. Does anyone have any tips for me? I feel so behind and terrible at running especially since my friends are starting to get faster than me. Please help!! :
stoked to have found your page. so inspiring! loved this video 🙂
silly question, where did you get your top? love the top of it! haha
i just discovered you and omg you're super pretty and have the cutest personality. subscribed!
I like to pit dates, but a basil leaf and an almond in it. boom, fresh, delightful snack, perfect for after/ before a work out, or any time, really.
Do you have any info about how intense exercise might affect your charting? This would be a super helpful video.
ready for the blog post!
Great video love! Just be careful eating so much rice, Dr Greger has just released a series of videos about the high arsenic content in rice, give those a watch if you haven't already xxx
I just searched training for a marathon vegan and saw this video was just posted! I of course couldn't watch just one, I totally fell in love with your videos! Keeping it real girl!!
Great! Looking forward to the blogpost 🙂
Great video! Just found your channel. Have you found a good running belt/vest/hand strap for your hydration yet? It makes such a huge difference!
So excited for you! Running is amazing! 🙂 thank you for the awesome tips!
I have been running for 2 years and I love it but I cannot break the 5k mark. I'm wore out after 3 miles. I can run a 5k in 27:40 but I'm dead after that. What is your suggestion for increasing my mileage without injury?
Please, answer me! I know it has nothing to do with this video, but I can't help it! What is the product you use for your highlighting? I'm looking for a vegan and good one! Thanks!
I'd love to see your whole marathon process, I want to train for a half marathon.
Awesome video! I am new to eating a plant based diet, so I love some of these meal ideas. Would love to see a video on how you created your training plan as a beginner. Obviously you don't have to share your specific plan, but it would be so helpful to see how you planned it, what resources you used, and if you recommend any specific online plans that are premade. There are so many out there now, it's hard to pick one and know which ones are legit and realistic and which ones are the best in terms of progression and such. Thank you 🙂
Perfect timing! I've been struggling with eating enough after long runs, but the day after I'm starved and eat wayyy too much junk food. I think meal planning will help. Thanks for the inspo.
I adore your personality so much Victoria! Your videos are always such a joy and so helpful! Good luck with your marathon!<3
