First off let me say thats how Squats were for me.when I started .I could only do 3 or 4
then I "graduated" to 180-200 , 5-6 days a week. And no I am Not a muscular female.

I have one of those chin up bars. I think your side pull ups are supposed to be done with the handles that stick out. I don't know how likely it is, but it seems like the bar could come loose from the door frame doing it the way you demonstrated. No sense risking it if you can do it safer.
I love my chin up bar. My current limit is 6. I will see if I can increase the reps the way you did. I also like to do a pull up and then do leg lifts while at the top. Good for the abs. You seem to have great abs with your workout regimen, so whatever works! BTW I eat a pure vegan, mostly WFPB diet and in my 60's. I also love to hike, walk, do calesthenics , use my weight machine, and play Frisbee.

Do you do hanging leg raises on your pull up bars , so you can do abs ? Like should also try to use your bar on the ground and do L Sits with it .
If you're not fully extending down, you ain't doing six pull-ups . But nonetheless , good tips!

Have you tried calisthenics? I mean, maybe you like it, you only need a pull up bar, and not so much more. I tried it 4 months ago and now I'm a calisthenics freak, haha.

Guys, I work out 1-3 times a week if that much, i get bored with working out, but the reason I'm posting this comment is because for the little I work out, I get too much muscle O.o im not even mad but, I do alot less than him and have more muscle (Pic is outdated btw) is there something going on with my diet? I'm vegan aswel… the only suplement I take are reinforced cereal and non-dairy milk (soy milk). I got super pectorals with no effort wtf… This may look stupid I know, but do you think something that I'm eating might have some kind of anabolics or other type of steroids?
