I don't like creatine, every time I take it I swell up like my legs and inner thighs add crazy amounts of water to the point where they a rubbing
I have stretch marks from the last time were my stomach added a crazy amount of water it was horrific
the difference in strength was defiantly noticeable as I added like 20kg or 10 on each side to my bench
but all the stretch marks and discomfort was not worth it
all the other stuff was amazing though 10/10

You previously mentioned that you think you've got great taste buds and no longer desire shit food or junk. I'm pretty sure this puts you in the minority. I'm envious of you, I know logically it never makes sense to put something wank in your body but I'm not sure I could ever be 100. I'm pretty happy, my diet hasn't been cleaner than it is now and its very similar to your ethos, high carb, no oil etc. Did you struggle reaching a virtually 100% clean diet? Ps I dont think I'd be alone in being curious about your take on this and i think there are many like me in the 90% clean crowd that would want to get to where you're at, it might be worth a video on its own right. Hi Hench / Leo, what's your input on BMR vs. RMR? Mifflin gives you the BMR, while RMR is defined roughly as RMR + calories burned on food digestion (roughly 200 calories). E.g. my BMR is 1534 but my RMR is 1729. What metric should I rely on?

Creatine doesn't take a week or two. More like a month. Also heard it has other benefits, but never looked into that since I get a performance boost from it anyway.
