Do you worry about high protein ? If so could you show us some high protein meal recipes n how it’s seasoned ? Please , I just transitioned two week ago and I kinda hate it ,all I’ve been eating everyday is beans to get in protein .

there is a huge difference between western countries , north America and Central Africa regarding physical appearance . here in Africa (central) where I live curves are considered as a sign of good health and a sign of beauty for women . Curvy women are most sought after here , any men wants to marry them , this is why they usually date wealthy men . Slim and rather skinny women want to gain weight too , to be praised and catch the good guy .
For all of that , I can't help laughing when I see curvy women in Europe and USA trying to lose weight at any cost
