Wow! No wonder this is delicious…Nuts, seeds, coconut and almond milk contain approx 62 grams of fat and 700 calories. Then add 200 calories and 15 more grams of fat in the peanut butter alone at lunch…Yikes!
Not soaking of the nuts and seeds is the big fail in rawfood… If you dont soak them, you have nothing to share….

Please soak all nuts a few hours before us8or eating. You will see, the skuzx in the soak water, you don't want to eat that 😱.

I fully agree that you can use raw foods to help stay healthy and still enjoy the other “regular” cooked foods. I don’t think ppl understand how easy and enjoyable it is to enjoy fresh foods and heal the body. I’m high raw and still have my “celebration meals” and then go back to my high raw. My body fat is gradually shifting and I feel like I have actually gained more healthy body mass and lost body fat eating this way.

You are literally eating a lot of FAT. THEY ARE NOT GONNA FEED AND NOURISH YOU. You need carbs and fruit sugar. Don't blame veganism and raw food movement if you start binging on unhealthy choices. You don't need that much of fat and protein. Put more bananas and dates. You are not feeding yourself still.
