I have something to say. I am a vegetarian. I am a vegetarian because I don't believe in killing animals for food.
I do not eliminate cheese milk yogurt eggs and honey and oil because I believe they are an important part of your being. I was not raised on eating kale grass and all that other stuff that plant-based people eat. To tell you the truth I did try it. It is definitely not for me because it eliminates most of the food that I have grown up with. I truly believe you can eat whatever you want. Portion control is essential even on a plant-based diet.
