is thrive prices cheaper than bulk prices in winco foods?
How do you make sure that your food stay fresh for the week? My food tends to go soggy by day 4 and I don’t really have enough space in my freezer.
garlic powder over $5! how is this cheap!?
$7 a kilo rice to start the recipe!

if you love hearts of palm rose u have to try my fav recipe i stole from purple carrot. dredge the whole hearts of palm in this mixture of cornstarch 1/4 cup, flour 1/4 cup and water roughly 1/2 cup of water but start with less and add…. then fry them oil. i serve it with rice and black beans with a ;lime crema (toffuti, lime juice, salt, pepper, onion, garlic powder, rice milk)
Hey Rose! When are you gonna do more high protein videos! Looking for more ideas where I can get protein without a ton of carbs! Love your videos look forward to watching more!
Thrive market doesn't currently ship to Canada but Natura Market is Canadian, https://naturamarket.ca/
Hey, I wondered didn't you say in a recent video that you live in Canada?
I made the tofu and cashew stir fry last weekend and took a bit to work with me every day. I'm an amateur cook but it was really easy to do and tasted delicious. Mine didn't look as nice as yours because my stove is shit and it burned some of the veggies a bit, and I had to use some slightly different ingredients in the sauce, but it still tasted good. Tomorrow I'm going to make some of that one pot quinoa dish, but since I don't like tomato and eggplant I'm going to try it with broccoli, spinach and anything else in the fridge I feel like using. Anyway, keep up what you're doing! I've been vegetarian for a couple months and I've decided to go vegan once I become comfortable enough with cooking to start making my own dinner every night (my mum still cooks dinner for me most of the time), and I feel like your videos are going to be really helpful.
Wow I never knew you could eat Heart of Palm raw 🤔
I usually cook it
Rose saving hungry, lazy vegans ftw. Love u! ❤❤❤
Hello. (You said to come on over and say hello on Caitlin's channel.)
I live making ceviche! For mine I typically use hominy instead of shrimp 🙂 then you just use whatever else you would like cilantro, cucumber, tomatoes, onions and tons and tons of lemon juice from squeezed lemons. And then eat it with tostadas:)
GIRL, YOU THE BEST 😀
Thank your for such a quick easy meal
prep! Loved the “cook by the seat of your pants” style you have that’s how great recipes are created. I enjoy the fancy stud but let’s face it when I get home from teaching preschool all I want is my comfy T-shirt , a good Korean Drama and to shove good food in one bowl and eat it! No miss no fuss!
Chickpeas were raw right?
Honestly you have the best recipe and meal prep videos. Balanced, not overly complicated and tasty. Thank you <3
Love love love love this!!!!! I’m going to try making all of this….. Sunday will be such an awesome cooking day. So protein packed. Amazeballs!
What's that pan you use?! I've been trying to find that video but haven't had luck!
Looks yum ,but those prices are high hearts of palm by me $1.79
omg i LOVE wild rice. Do you ever freeze your tofu?? I find that it's sooooo much better texture wise.
These look really tasty, cheap and easy. Thank you for sharing 🙂
There’s no such thing as too much cilantro ❤️
Thanks for sharing! Great simple recipes.
I love the hearts of palm ceviche!!! <3
Got an ad for a lasagna that has DOUBLE THE BEEF. 🤦🏽♀️😂
I appreciate your high protein meal preps. After last prenatal blood work my doctors recommended I eat more protein and freaked out because I didn’t want to consume dairy or meat, and what should happen? My YouTube bell goes off and Rose saves the day ❤️
Another one where you cook like me. This is what I have in the fridge so this goes in….
available in canada??
Your cooking skills are most exquisite! Thanks
Does anybody know whether the environmental impact of hearts of palm is the same as the impact of food containing palm oil?
the quinoa dish is epic
def trying something like that
thx!!!
I am going to order from them soon. 🙂 I have to try those HU Chocolate Cashew bars. lol. Thinking of getting that same Wild Rice. I love Wild Rice. I love Quiona but I get such a headache when I eat not sure why.
The second dish looks a lot like a vegan chilli
Thank you for another great recipes!!! I need Thrive market in Korea 🙁
Rose how about using veggie broth instead of the oil?
Will the avocado turn brown after storing it for days? Any tips on how to avoid that? Thank you and great meal prep ideas!
I love Hearts of Palm! I make wonderful vegan crab cakes with them!
please explain to me, you're canadian, thrive market doesn't ship to canada, why do you do this to us fellow canadian followers?
Hi Rose! I was wondering if you ever press your tofu? I'm new to tofu and I wasn't sure if it is really a necessary step? I made a Thai Tofu Curry the other day and the instructions said to press it, but I don't think it really made a difference. I could be wrong though. Thank you! I love your videos!
Am I the only one who’s never had hearts of palm?
6:21– What kind of messed up looking black beans did you use? 😜
All these vegan youtubers being sponsored by thrive market and I'm here waiting for it to be available in canada 🙁
Looking good! Well done Roooooooooose! <3
Team cilantro! Also, team keep the jalapeno seeds!
The driest ceviche I've ever seen
Ooo thanks for these recipe suggestions! I’m really wanting to get hearts of palm and make that salad. 🙂 I need to play around with different salads.
I love your channel! I think Thrive Market is a damn scam though. Who pays $8 for garlic powder? That price is a lie. Get you that sponsor though! Haha
Truly a lazy vegan
Thank you for this!!
