Great exercises! I've been subscribed to you for a while now, because I knew one day I will start hitting the gym and will definitely follow your exercises and meal tips. And now that I finally started working out at the gym I will binge watch all of your videos! 🙂 Always loved your style and you are such a genuine person, hopefully I will be able to follow some of your exercises. I'm pretty much a newbie and trying to find out what works for me.

My shoulders wont sore next day after shoulder workout is it normal?
i also am vegan and exercise my triceps and calves by carting buckets of water for my horse, carting buckets of feed and hay for my horse, picking up my horses poop, catching and riding my horse and generally taking care of his every need… works a treat 🙂

Hi Paul, Whats you opinion on fasting, i hear the benefits of leaner muscle mass through fasting while training is at an accelerated rate, ive upped my macro nutrients and training feels like a steady gain each session. Im not going for size im just trying to get toned.

Hench thanks for a ll the great videos. Could you do an updated video that shows pre-vegan look to your current look? Every time someones says to me you need meat protein, I just say tell that to Hench Herbivore. lol thanks again and keep them coming.
