I went vegan, because I almost had cancer in my uterus, because of the hormonal unbalance that eating animals provoque me. I went vegan and my hormones were back in their normal track in a month. I didn't need any surgery to remove the cancerous cysts. When I was an omnivore I couldn't menstruate for 7 months, and after 1 month of being vegan I could finally bleed, and my body healed… Veganism save me from cancer. And I couldn't be more grateful. I'm thriving. I have been vegan for 8 years now, my hair is knee length thanks to all the vitamins a plant based diet offers. I used to have severe acne, and my face completely healed by going vegan 🥺❤️
Very educative 👌👌👌

Thank you so much! I been wanting to go vegan so bad but I never committed to it because I thought soy (tofu, etc) was bad for me because I have PCOS. (From reading articles online)
But you have cleared everything up for me and now I will gladly go vegan, thank you so much for this information! I am so excited to know that I can eat soy like tofu and don’t need to eat meat!!! 👍🏼

Hey, I'd like to know if protein powder is suitable for pregnant women?
Soy yogurt is one of the "processed soy product" you don't recommend ?
Unsweetened soy yogurt is by far my favorit one 😋 (sadly here in Italy I can't find cashew yogurt…) and I love to do some cream cheese with garlic and herbs with it 😍

Sorry but SOY is not good for us with PCOS .. worse experience ever i recommend not to eat SOY
Do you also recommend eating soy for women with PCOS and hashimoto? My doctors told me not to eat soy.
Greetings from Germany 🙂
I am Vegan and have PCOS. You have confirmed so many things for me in this video. Thank you so much!
so you know ladies! if you're trying to get pregnant, since carbs turn to sugar in the body-and our body can't process sugar well- a lot of carbs can hinder a pregnancy.
think of it this way: insulin is like a bellhop for the body, when we get too much sugar the bellhop can't control it, ie take it to the right room. the sugar is a bad guest and goes to different "rooms"- our uterus. this increases testosterone and unbalances our hormones. (LH will be constantly high- so OPKs don't detect a spike since the LH is always high)
👆 I learned all this from Tarryn Poulton who started the largest most reliable PCOS support system.

My tastebuds will not allow me to be great!! I can’t stand tofu or tempeh. I’ve watched so many YouTube videos on how to make tofu or tempeh taste good and none has convinced me to really include it in my diet. I do a lot of fresh organic edamame instead
thanks for all the helpful infos
I had watched how carbs were linked with weight gain and so generally to keep clear of carbohydrates, in spite of this had never viewed using them to trim inches away. The central idea behind the 4 cycle weight-loss method is to train your whole body to burn fat for fuel as opposed to carbs. It’s based on research into the very high carb eating habits of the Japanese as well as their incredible long-life expectancy. The final results would suggest that it’s their higher than average carb-cycling eating habits means which helps to continue being healthy into old age with a lower than average body mass index (lower incidence of excess weight).Read even more here https://truehealthreport.com/4-cycle-fat-loss-fat-burning-diet/
