Hello! Could you please let me know if thereβs a difference in macros ratios for raw vegans vs regular vegans/vegetarians vs meat eaters? I want to start a raw food diet and obtain my bikini pro card in this way. Let me know what you think! Anything helps!!
Emily!!! How have I been watching you for so long and only just seen that you have stretched ear lobes?!?
I'd love to make you a pair as thanks for all I've learned from you over the past couple of years, if you'd like to message me?
Xxx
So glad to find this video! I've been trying, and failing, to get 'lean' for so so long. Following a low carb/keto lifestyle was draining and I was in denial. I've switched to high carb vegan 4 days ago, and already feel so much more comfortable. As an avid weightlifter, passionate about fitness, this is a really exciting video!
How does this video have only 37k! This is great thank you so much
Making the commitment for the switch and wanting to maximize the fitness potential for my body she is simply an inspiration.
Thanks for interviewing bikini competitors! I am considering trying to prep for show going vegan…ish. plant based- and I am TERRIFIED as have always followed the typical bodybuilding diet. This helps motivate me that it's possible π thanks!
What a great girl that Chrissy. Wonderful woman, and an inspiring example.
Your arms looks so good!
all these vegans making strides in fitness make me feel inspired to be in shape.
Love it!
You are my inspiration Chrissie!! Living proof that we don't have to ruin our bodies in order to be strong, beautiful, confident and in charge of our fitness dreams <3 bless you and your beautiful heart!! Doing my first comp as a vegan in 12 weeks time…I hope I can manage to do it with a healthy body and mindset just like you x
Awesome interview.
43? Holy crap, she's got some Freelee genes, she looks like she is in her late 20s. Freelee still looks like she is 21-25, even though she is pushing 35.
Damn, vegan diet + decent genetics = well of life.
thank u 4 interview…arnold going vagan!
You're so informative. Awesome editing.
amazing work! i love both of your physiques. i've been curious about crissi's plans, but i would prefer not to count/track calories or macros. does she offer plans that don't require you to track your intake? thanks!
Thank you very much Emily… This is what I needed to show around
best retort ever .. mr.universe is vegan !!
This presenter has an awesome body too and great tattoos.
All kindz of Vegan Gainzz!!
Great interview. Just FYI though, tofu (and soy milk or any traditional soy foods, frankly) is not really a "processed" food if you look at how it is traditionally made. It bugs the hell out of me when people say this. It's boiled soybeans made into a milk, then a coagulant is added to the "milk" which curds in and those are pressed into a block. Sure it's processed, cutting carrots, or dehydrating fruit or making almond milk from fresh almonds are technically "processed" but let's be realistic here. Asian cultures have been eating tofu forever (I've eaten practically every day for 14 years) so it would be nice if vegans would stop vilifying it when it's not even close to being in the same category as processed vegan meat products. π
Great interview! Thank you ladies for this inspirational and educational video. I too have noticed huge improvements going vegan as an endurance athlete and more recently as a bikini competitor. Yes to plants, yes to health & fitness in a sustainable way!
would rather see you doing w/o videos
Thank you. You look incredible too Emily!!
I EAT 400G OF Carbs a day and I workout every single day in calisthenics. So she speaks the truth and I'm vegan. PREACH!
FUCK YEAH! VEGAN MVP!
Crissi thank you fantastic interview and very interesting π
whoa what a hottie!
awesome!
Crissi did fantastic and we are super excited another plant-based gym is opening up across the ditch! We run a PLANT-BASED gym in Christchurch, New Zealand and help hundreds of meat eaters transition to a plant-based diet every year. Win for the movement!
Milf.. or is it VMILF? π
Also she should make a youtube video, even tho she seems to have lot to do already, haha.
Thanks to you i'm now vegetarian. In the future i hope to become a vegan.
That's great, we need more vegan bodybuilders and athletes out there, spreading the word.
Another Vegan success. Nice.
can you do a video about hidden ingredients that come from animals like glycerin and the like?? it would really help to know more about this
I have something to tell you your not vegan… No one is . I asked Siri what is vegan and she said a person who doesn't eat animal or animal products and doesn't use anything from animals… Doesn't use any animal products think about that!
Your shirt it has bases that are from Animal and your house some parts aren't vegan . But it also depends on your definition of vegan . Just wanted to say this I'm just telling you .
I'm sry I hade this question but Is anyone truly vegan ?
I am very happy to see Crissi's great achievement. However, there I strongly disagree with some of the statements made in the video. I think many people can get a wrong impression of what is healthy.
1. Being stage-lean all year round is NOT healthy. 9% body fat is NOT healthy for a women. Just because the loss of menstrual cycle, it doesn't happen with one person, it is applicable to everyone.
2. Eating only whole foods, does not guarantee staying lean all the time. It is about energy balance. Too much whole foods leads to weight gain.
3. There is no point demonizing low carb diets. High carb diets don't work for everyone. Some people have problems with carb (fructose or starch) digestion and have a much higher chance to become obese on a high carb diet. It is about an individual approach and finding what works for an individual.
Please do an extended interview with her. This was just too 'bite sized'.
vegan power!!!
Great interview!
Every living creature has the right to live ethically. Happy Friday!
Great video ! Congrats to Chrissy too!
I wonder if Chrissi used the tricks models usually use in competitions, such as not drinking water for 2 days, extreme sauna and dieting 3 days ahead or can you have that flat body year round with eating normal? Does anybody know? Thank you.
