Awesome video I've been Vegan Keto for 4 years I do carb cycling 1 day per week and its worked very well for me.
I looked thru ur videos. I only found one video on vegan keto. Lots of help! Do u have advice for my research?
I am not a quitter but I couldn't go through with the keto diet because it made me feel awful. Then I tried the Agoge diet and I lost so much fat, and most importantly no more cellulite.
I tried all these diets and gave up on all but one. Only the Agoge diet helped me get rid of that persistent belly fat.
Does anyone here like the NOW brand of pea protein powder? That's the one I've been using on and off. Wanted to know what others thought he have or are currently taking it.

My wife went vegan for the same reason. I intoduced her to dog world and she became vegan saving all animals. Ha. Even manages a shelter now. She did some body building in her past but converted to boxing. Thats where i met her. Anyway, fellow dog lovers

Howdy Ryan, I enjoy your vids, there informative, funny & short,……I was a vegatarian for 14 years, 8 as a lacto/ovo,….(milk & eggs protein sources), and 6 as a strict vegan, ( grains and legumes & nuts for protein sources) ….I was managing a fitness center and training a few guys, who ate the typical american diet, and they got bigger and stronger , I got strong too, but I never put on any mass like they did……untill I went back to eating milk & eggs. I tried pea protein, but that stuff acts like having concrete in your intestines,….Plus if you only eat one source of macro nutrient,…you will develop tachyphylaxis , where the receptor sites decrease in efficiency of absorbsion,
Because we have souls and dont eat fish! HAHAHAHAHA brilliant!

This doesn't help much. You couldn't take up a vegan body building diet based on this information. Please give us some meal examples…

I am not vegan. However, I don't do whey or casein. I do Pea protein too just because it's superior. I grabbed an organic 100% pea protein isolate and then I add Hemp seed protein to the mix.
Thank god you called out Soy! Also, I agree with the oils to avoid. It's more expensive but not worth ingesting all those bad oils.
I have ferrets…they only eat meat. Pure fat and meat. This little monsters are fucking machines that can do anything they feel like doing. I too feel like I should eat meat. So I do.

Great video. One small correction: DHA in the spray tan is dihydroxyacetone, totally unrelated to the omega 3 fatty acid DHA.

Vegan Keto and 180-200g of Protein will be literally 4 servings of Protein powder at least the entire day. It's probably the hardest to follow.
So if I don't care about fish souls can I throw in a couple and still be ok with this diet?
