Hey great ideas as always! Love all these…tofu/sweet potato pudding looks bomb! I love making zuchinni oatmeal protein mixes. I also like using steamed butternut squash blended with protein powder for different "porridge" type bowls. cauliflower rice meals,zuchinni or cucumber pastas. Awesome channel keep it going strong!

I've never had zucchini in my oats before, I usually add shredded carrots, raisins, and pineapple juice to make it carrot cake flavored.
Nicely done and soothing music! When I lived down south my roommates nearly peed their pants laughing when I told them I'd never had grits before!
I don't eat many different vegetables in one day but i do eat a lot of what ever i'm eating for the day like potatoes pasta oatmeal other vegetables. Everything looked really good. 😀

Your fillers look yummy, I rarely do cuts, but my favorite low carb fillers are salads and fresh or steamed veggies, favorite high carb fillers rice and beans with pea-peanut saus, pasta and tomato saus en mashed potatoes with other veggies. Besides rice during the day I eat tonnes of other grains like wheat, spelt, barley and oats, but I don´t think they sell those corn grits you´re using here, must be typically North-American.
I have been doing Dr. John McDougall's maximum weight loss diet in the last month and I have lost 10 pounds and feel amazing! I eat a potato + carrot soup in the morning with some spinach in it. Then snack on baby carrots then have a big plate of veggies, beans and rice with lots of yummy spices and sauces. I eat an apple or a pear or make a nice cream in between the meals. And eat more veggies like broccoli and bake my favorite potatoes at night. It was hard at the beginning but now I'm craving for healthy foods and losing weight without stressing! Thank you for being an inspiration Holly! I have been working out too 😉 Love you! ❤❤❤
