Thank you for all your recipes! Question: I see that you always cook food with water, no oils. Are you against cooking with olive oil or coconut oil and why? Do you get your fats only from nuts in the diet? Thanks again!
As a vegan athlete the 1 gram per lbs bodyweight still applies. Any less and I lose muscle mass. I eat 220grams per day. 100 from vegan protein powder. Its WAY less convenient than eating chicken but its worth it because factory farms are a horror show. Just my experience.

You know that Gluten has absolutly no effect on your health whatsoever, right?
I mean, if you're not allergic to it, it will not hurt you in any way whatsoever. Seitan for example is full with gluten and is considered very healthy

You seem like a really nice person. Your video however lost me the minute you started using protein powder in the 1st recipe. Anything truly plant based should show meals based on plants and not processed protein. Isn't that what the movement is all about? Awareness and truly being able to survive on mother Earth and not man made creations?
