Do not follow any of these. Yes intermittent fasting, workout out like crazy and eating “clean” works for men but not for women. women need to tune in with their body and follow their body’s signals, like hunger and need for rest. We women are like flowers, and we need rest, nurture, care, nutritious food and love. Undereating, lack of vitamins from vegan diet, overexercising, working out on an empty stomach, underfuelling, and intermittent fasting will wreck ur hormones and ur internal balance within the body. Trust me I’ve been there. We women are special and we need to care for our bodies not wreck it and go against it like its our enemy. Because ur body is ur home, ur temple, and make sure you love it and care for it. Love it and dont starve urself

Hi! I have heard about intermittent fasting but i have never tried it! So do you go 16 hours without eating or drinking calories then you can eat for 8 hours? How often do i do this to lose weight? I only want to lose about 15 lbs. I went Vegan about 5 months ago and i have stayed the same weight. Im not happy about it because i dont eat that much at all. I am going to eat all whole foods and get off coffee and cut out Vegan junk like Cliff bars and Bocca nuggets also store bought bagged popcorn! I wasnt eating enough whole foods and i think that was the problem. I want to try the intermittent fasting as well. Thank you! 😃

If I can give my opinion about these tips, it sounds kinda disordered..no offense. I’m recovering of anorexia and all of these sounds like my old rules. I’m not saying that these rules are bad and that you shouldn’t follow them but be careful while using them. What I don’t like is that you’re saying to skip breakfast and ideally dinner as well which is a big no no. Every meals are important. Even snacks. If you want to lose weight, instead of skipping meals choose healthier options, low calories food and control your portions. Fruits and veggies are very important of course (and also yummy, I love them) but you can’t live only eating this (trust me, you can’t. Your body won’t accept it, mine didn’t.. and it’s when your body is about to give up and die that you realize the mistakes you made) As a vegan, I think nuts are really important because they have plenty of good nutrients for your body and also for you mental health and you should not avoid carbs as well! I’m not being mean or anything, but there are healthier ways to lose weight and these tips aren’t one of them. Also don’t forget, everyone is beautiful and if you’re made the way you are it’s for a reason. Don’t pressure yourself to look like someone else and be beautiful your own way. So let me say it again, YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL.

Hey girl. Please look after yourself. I am not sure you have a great relationship with food, and I know being on that side of it, it is really hard to listen to people who say otherwise. And doing it publicly, i am sure you get a lot of angry comments, but please don't take them to heart. I don't think you are eating enough and honestly I'd say you have an eating disorder, maybe see a doctor and dietician for some help!

Sorry these are less vegan based tips on how to eat healthier and more about how to just lose weight. Kind of seems unrealistic in a lot of aspects? Sauna and expensive cold therapy? You are obviously very privileged.

Great tips! I do the majority already just need to try and include workouts in the morning. Lost 30lbs in 6 months. Slow and steady and maintaining. I usually give myself a say or two (weekends mainly) when I don't think about calories or healthy vegan food. I just eat whatever i fancy (vegan of course) and have maintained my weight loss. Intermittent fasting is amazing and has helped my metabolism a lot. All the negative comments below to me are irrelevant because I have done it and am still doing it and I feel amazing and full of energy. Another 20lbs to go and I will hit my target and it is almost effortlessly. Thank you for the awesome video! X
