I take around 1200cal perday,so my smooties only consist of 1 types of carb fruits like banana/strawberry/avocado with milk & 1 spoon of yogurt with chia seed that hv been soak in water for couple of min (put last before drink).it already taste good.i limit only around 300-350cal only.

skip breakfast. do intermittent fasting. eat beef and beef organs, eggs, fish and stop eating cereals, dairy and starchy plants – and you will feel great.
I've also been doing this eveery morning and it feels so much better than forcing yourself to eat breakfast and having stomach aches from the cereal you ate.

Delicious BUT it's too much sugar for breakfast. I recommend some eggs, tea and whole grain bread with peanut butter.
Wont't call you idiotic, but if you want your brain to be sharp. All you need is some MCT oil put into a coffee (unless you're already on a keto diet, then you won't need that either). MCT oil will make your brain sharp as your brain will burn the Ketones (a better source than glycogen, this is fact not guesswork). None of these fruits and stuff will make your brain clearer. Fruit will make you fat that is all, fruits are overrated and completely not needed.

But i have a question about the ingridients, is it possible to replace some ingridients with other because of the fault or economical reason to make it even more easy in terms of the price of ingridients because i live in north of brazil here we have a lot of exotic fruits but the supermakets her mostly lack produts like spinage and especially blue berries are hard to find. So any tips on that i would apreciate it! Waiting your response.

Hi Thomas, I use to make a kind of the same smoothie and I would like to suggest a variation to what you currently do. Chia is a cereal and it is like oats more or less. I mix flax, sunflower and pumpkin seeds and none of them are cereals which do not produce intestinal gas. I also like to add the ginger root (a lot fibers and flavor). Ginger is a very good antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic, so your body will massively appreciate it if you train quite a bit. I also add a bit of cinnamon which leverages the absorption of sugar and taste good. Last but not the least, I always use just seasonal fruit for obvious reasons.

My go to lunch smoothie is: 1 cup frozen blueberries, some cinnamon, cold coffee, about 3/4 cup, I large teaspoon peanut butter (or any nut butter, 15-20 grams), 1,5-2 scoops Whey chocholate protein powder. About 500 calories, with a lot of protein. Very good!
All the sugar can raise insulin levels, sugars are equivalent to about eating ice cream for lunch or breakfast
I often freeze the fruit part of the banana. Ditto frozen strawberries. = milkshake, kinda sorta….
I’m subbing the whey with pea protein (bc vegan) and the peanut butter w almond butter (bc I don’t like peanuts) but this looks pretty good 💕

Never replace a real food meal with only a drink
This is a life saver for college. My girl is a health junkie who recommended a similar shake she adds her smoothie with a red apple, frozen banana, bran cereal, chia seeds, blueberries, strawberries, a mix of some blackberries before she hits the gym. Cheers!
