Very informative video! One question: you mentioned you are 145 lb. So with 96 g of protien, you are hitting 0.67 g protein / lb of bodyweight. Isn't it so that an active person should have at least 0.8 g of protein per lb of bodyweight? Just curious to know your thoughts on this 🙂

I wanted to let you know that you can try an asian food market to see if they have a UK section (mine does) because they might have that dressing you like. There is also a subreddit called r/snackexchange where you can trade snacks from around the world. You may be able to get someone from there to send you that dressing you like!

It sure inspired me! I just wonder how you measure the ingredients that you use daily. For instance of we use cereal/dry fruit mix. What about measuring liquid ingredients (under 100 ml), or you just don't bother of so much detail?
