My first time watching your vids. OMG, so awesome! Only need to order a few things and I'll be cooking these up in a day or two. Can't wait! More, please. <3 🙂
Help!! I’m trying to transition to vegan/vegetarian but I found out I’m really allergic to soybeans. I know that’s the main ingredient in a lot of vegan substitutes which sucks. Does anyone have any suggestions? I’m brand new to this so I appreciate it 🙂
Yummo!! Looks so delish & easy. Your voice is very soothing. I call this ASMR cooking !!Oh and the background music is so calming too. Thanks for a great vid.
for the bean balls: is there a particular reason to use almond/oat flour vs regular flour? i'm super new at cooking — are those stickier, are they just healthier?
Bean Balls : I’d make it with wheat flour instead and bake it instead of air frying and maybe do it with some pasta Veggie Chili : I’d replace the black beans with maybe lentils and the veggie protein with something else Red Curry Peanut Pasta : I’d make it the least hot option out there
tere desh se hi corona fella hain kutti . badi vegan banti hain behind the scenes main tune hi woh chamkadar khaya tha naaa kide pade ali tuje tttiya lagjayi
Thanks for the recipes.. I was thinking for the Pasta recipe, as I cannot eat hot sauces, use roasted red Capsicum (Peppers) blend them up with some Nutritional Yeast. Not sure about the Peanut Butter however I will try this <3
My goto lazy recipe Is tin of lentils, a jar of pasta sauce and wholemeal pasta The lentils and sauce are mixed together with some water and reduced over the heat If you are happy for a fourth ingredient A tablespoon of nut butter (I use cashew butter) Cook the pasta as usual combine and the sauce does get better the next day I often have baked potato with this sauce on For breakfast the next day.
We have bomb a** 3 ingredient meals! 12:52 6-ingtident meal; would anyone believe you?🤣 I used can of tomatoes and a small can of chilis to make pasta sauce-and Maseca for the almond flour =SUPER BOMB! Thank you; Rose💖
Wow. Just wow. So easy. So tasty. I made the chili with extra carrots, chili flakes, and salsa and DAAAAAMN what a freaking feast! And its so filling too (big appetite here). I never understood the full brilliance of 3-ingredient recipes until today… what a game changer!
Rose, you are a true genius! Ok, I just made the chickpea “meat”balls. I made one alteration: I used mashed potato flakes instead of flour. I also put in one Tablespoon of dried shallots, scallions and leek seasoning (the brand is Leslie Elizabeth inc) and a Tablespoon of Italian seasoning blend. There was enough of the finished product (1 can chickpeas plus 2/3 cup spaghetti sauce, and about 2/3 cup potato flakes) that I decided to make a loaf out of half of it, and balls out of the other half. This week I’ll cook the balls with the rest of the sauce and some whole grain pasta, and the loaf will be for another day, with some boiled potatoes and asparagus. Oh man I’m looking forward to this! I was also thinking, those chickpea balls would be excellent in gumbo, or something similar. I was thinking maybe some Cajun dish! I can also see them alongside sweet potatoes and mushrooms, with a mushroom gravy drizzled over them!

Sorry, but this ain't 3 ingredients. Processed food has a ton ingredients in it.
Wow you are right, they totally look like Timbits! 🙂
The veggie crumble would make the chili a bit easier. I learned to make tofu taste like meat watching this channel

Biiitch!! This is why you’re queen!!!
Love this 3 ingredients recipes!! 🙂
Tomato paste is the non spicy alternative to red curry paste. And you could add cumin and paprika to make it warm without spicy

Those bean balls are genius!
omg im a single vegan guy that doesn't like to make complicated meals thank you so much for making this video!!
I made the Bean Balls. They are absolutely delicious!
Love her hair https://youtu.be/88yMXXCRBNk
But but beans in ground meat, textured soy, it's so much better with rice! Of course that gives you a fourth ingredient.
Would chickpea flour work?

could you use tomato paste as a substitute for the red curry paste? or would that taste weird
Peanut Butter + Tahini or chic peas + Tahini also make good sauces.
