Dr Michael Greger does not recommend spirulina and blue green algae bec of contamination, but he recommends chorella. Protein powders are refined substances like oil and they are not real foods. Better to eat unrefined peas instead of refined substance like pea protein. Vegan fake milks are also refined substances. Vegan fake milks are also very wasteful bec lots of nutritious high fiber pulp is just thrown away every day. In asia, making soy milk, tofu and yuba results in tons of nutritious high protein soy pulp (okara) being thrown away every day. In japan, they try to use soy pulp (okara) in recipes.
I enjoyed this, but don’t forget to have a female model/ bodybuilder on sometime soon. No way I can consume that many calories & smoothies & not end up fat. Yes, I’m vegan.
I’m only 5ft 2 , but I workout a lot. ( wish I started over 20yrs ago. )
Nicely done Tino!
That was a great interview. You asked all the right questions haha 🙂 Perfect!
This was very interesting, but how do you find these people, Tino?! TFP : )
Since when are you in miami?! I live here too we should ride sometime
This Guy makes it right with the 150 Grams of Protein! Every Vegan should focus a little bit more on getting enough Protein. I am Vegan myself and took a long time not enough Protein. 100-150 Gram is optimal!!
Do either of you ever do super slow weight training?
Omg oatmeal anyone😆😊
Good to see more people change their life for the planet 🌏
Tino, you are an editing genius. Thanks again for a inspirational time with you. Looking forward to next time you're in Miami!
I highly relate to his transition from the high animal protein diet over to pescetarian and then vegan.
It's quite baffling how one can be so convinced of a certain thing to be not only healthy but crucial for feeling good both physically and mentally. Only to realize that all that animal protein did the complete opposite as to what you believed and it's completely unnecessary, and how much more healthy, vibrant, fulfilled, spiritual and aligned you feel both in body and mind once transitioning to a plant based diet (not to mention saving the lives of innocent animals and decreasing the destructive impact on the environment.)
There are so many of us right now that are slowly waking up to the same change of belief and experience, and videos like this that shares that experience is what the rest of the world which hasn't realized this very thing yet, needs. Great interview and a great example:)
