A lot of people miss the point of what Veganism is all about. Not only should we be vegan, we should start working towards finding ways to take nice creatures out of torment because it's an act of kindness and a display of our character. Those who embrace torture usually end up being tortured. Those who embrace love will inherit it. It's a choice of how you wish to be treated. In addition to being a vegan, I always want to try to find ways to take these creatures out of torment. When I saved my dog from being ran over by a semi, and then I took him in and gave him a home, that was an act of love. All of my life, I've owned dogs. When I was a small child, I had a dog that actually did save my life. She was so beautiful and I still miss her. I don't embrace any hate because I choose love instead! This is the message that all vegans should be sending. The evil ones interpret that as us saying that we're sacrifices for them, but we should never be. We should defend ourselves intelligently as an act of protest against something or someone harming us. We are NOT sacrifices, but we ARE beings who choose love INSTEAD of hate. This is the message I want to send with the way I live my life! NEVER view yourself as being a sacrifice for anyone or anything because that gets us no place! Instead, defend yourself when it is necessary, but never be an aggressor. We're NOT sacrifices. We are objectors who only embrace love!
Love the tempeh & walnut for the tacos. Awesome idea !!💡 Thanks 🙏🌱
They have an amazing grilled watermelon, which tastes better than meat.
The girl on the right looks pale and a bit crazy. Lol
That 6yr vegan veteran needs some milk… and meat, lmao. So malnourished!
I've been not a vegan for 25 years and I'm pretty good at it now
The problem with veganism for me is the price. I’m an avid shopper and I use plenty of coupons, but it is so much cheaper for me to buy everything other than coconut/grape seed/avocado oils, chia seeds…etc. Those are usually 2-3x the price of things I could buy otherwise.
Um the guy isn’t vegan. Oysters are living creatures!!!!
I feel like alot if vegan food is good but I dont know if I could give up bacon and stuff lol
imagine having a healthy relationship w food>.<
Meanwhile this 10 year vegan who hates cooking had toast for lunch.
i cant get over the key-noa… how has he been vegan for 3 years and never heard it pronounced properly. 😒
She looks under nourished in the last picture? Throw some eggs, farm raised fish, and goat meat and you're golden sister.
Cares about healthy eating *runs it through a microwave and nukes the nutrition right out lol
Brandon should totally have his own food channel! I would totally watch it.
It’s him calling Quinoa it “KEY NOAH” for meeeee lmaooo im cry-innnn

BRANDON REALLY SAID KEY-NOAH
who has time to cook
I like to make banana cookies with a bunch of seeds, oatmeal and almonds or walnuts. Similar to the 6year vegan breakfast but instead of maple and oil, banana. And it takes so little time
This is a vitamin deficient diet, completely void of things our body must have to function properly. It's got a proven high drop out rate. It makes lots of people very sick. Stop promoting this
One cuisine to master is the Indian cuisine. It's a paradise for vegetarians and vegans!
