Hi Christina, you should always say or have written notice in video of the the name of veggies or fruits while you are pointing them before you place them in juicer … as with some of them people may not be familiar. Otherwise your videos are great.

that is how I prefer the juices , all green. no fruit, when I eat fruit I eat all fruit. and by the way Kristina is wrong to say "too strong" try the dandelion only juice! that is strong.
For the dinner salad I think I would also include sunflower seed's for protein, Avocado for fat, spinach, radishe's, raisins, and berries because they are low in sugar! Soaking rasins in water over night has many health benefits, fig's also on the side and grapes!

This is the most unhealthy diet for man . Please be careful eating high carbs and especially fruits which will cause bone loss and wrinkling of the skin . Vegans age terribly and especially fruitarians who lose all their teeth after 10 years on this diet
This is so weird, amazing and confusing at the same time… This is my first time seeing a video of hers and she looks really healthy… But what about all the people saying that fully raw vegan diets are bad for us? How is she not dead of suffering from deficiencies… Can someone link me to a video explaining why this raw works? I'm not fully raw vegan but some days I eat raw. This is the same amount of food I have to eat. I don't do nearly as much exercise as Kristina. Trust me, if you don't eat this much, when eating raw, you will be so skinny. So, those saying that she can't possibly eat this much food, just hasn't tried maintaining weight on a raw diet
So worried about getting fat doing this…Help

I just became vegan i really liked your diet i like raw eating better. i have been vegan for 4 months now big fan of your page really keeps me on track. cool videos cant wait to see more.
Remember too that as you clean you digestive tract, you will absorb more and NOT need to eat as much. Less $$ on food/produce. I noticed I didnโt need to eat ad much after 2 months on a detox diet of fruits and vegetables. I went to a raw food fest in the Chicago area and one of the panelists said too he doesnโt need to eat that much spice being raw more many years.
Tbh I tried raw meat and itโs very pure as weird as it sounds
