I can relate! This is literally my daily breakfast, pb on toast, sometimes with chia seeds and banana, but like you, I switch it up. But yeah, I'm a peanut butter fanatic and probably eat way too much! Like I have. 3kg subscription that comes every 3 months, but I need to buy way more in between because I just can't ration it!
am I the only one watching these videos for the laughs?

The elements of the body
There are two main energies: spiritual energy and material energy. Spiritual energy is conscious and material energy is unconscious. The soul is conscious spiritual energy and the body is made up of unconscious material energy. Without food, there would only be the self, the soul aka (1) antimatter towards unconscious matter with a size of .1 nanometer with its shells.
According to the Sankhya philosophy, a person's body is composed of the following 24 elements:
(1-5) 5 mahÄbhÅ«tas ("great elements" – earth, water, fire, air, ether / space),
(6) manas (mind, inclinations, spirit),
(7) buddhi (intelligence),
(8) ahaį¹ kÄra (ego as a result of identification with the body and what goes with it),
(9-13) 5 senses acquiring knowledge (indriya – sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch),
(14-18) 5 working senses (karmendriya – legs, arms, anus, genital and speech organ),
(19-23) 5 sensory objects (indriyÄrtha – shape / color, sound, taste, smell and touch),
(24) avyakta (the unmanifest)
The five great elements, the ten senses and the five sense objects make up the gross body and manas, buddhi, and ahaį¹ kÄra make up the subtle body. Avyakta is the basis of both. In this connection of 24 elements sits the individual soul (jivÄtma) as an inhabitant of the body, accompanied by the paramÄtma, the oversoul.
With soul and oversoul, the human being consists of 26 elements. JivÄtma and paramÄtma are both referred to as kį¹£etra-jƱa ("knower of the field"). The body is kį¹£etra, the field of activity, and the soul is the knower of the field. But while the Oversoul knows all fields of all living beings, the individual soul does not even properly know its respective body. Through unthinkable long contact with the material energy, the spiritual souls have forgotten their original knowledge and identify with the body in which they are currently living. With the body they try to enjoy by manipulating material nature and exploiting the riches of material nature.
These 24 elements are manifestations, transformations of the material energy and exist in and outside the body as constituents of the universe. Their development, properties and interactions are described in various Vedic scriptures and also in the Ayurveda classic Caraka-Samhita. Just as a potter makes a jug out of clay and water, the spiritual soul, under the influence of the three modes of appearance, sattva (goodness) , rajas (passion), tamas (ignorance), unconsciously creates its respective body from the 24 material elements through its inclinations. In contrast to the potter, who knows how to make a certain object, most souls do not know how they made their bodies. They carry out certain actions with one body, cherish certain likes and dislikes, etc. and receive their next body from the Oversoul according to their karma
The three doį¹£as (bioenergies and bioelements), the seven dhÄtus (types of body tissue), the upadhÄtus (subsidiary body tissue) and the malas (waste products) contain the mahÄbhÅ«tas in different proportions. The seven dhÄtus are:
rasa (lymph; plasma)
rakta (blood)
maį¹sa (muscle tissue)
medas (fat tissue)
asthi (bone tissue)
majja (bone marrow and nerve tissue)
Åukra (sperm and egg cells)
The upadhÄtus are tendons, ligaments, blood vessels, muscle fat, breast milk, menstrual blood and the six layers of skin.
The body's breakdown products are feces, urine and sweat. Hair, fingernails and toenails, ear wax, and other secretions are also considered malas. The malas feces, urine and sweat, ear wax and other secretions need to be eliminated regularly. If they are not properly eliminated, disease will arise.
( From the signs and symptoms caused by the increase or decrease in doį¹£as, dhÄtus and malas, the doctor can determine which mahÄbhÅ«tas are required to restore their equilibrium. Then he can prescribe certain foods and drugs (with corresponding mahÄbhÅ«tas) to compensate for the deficits or excess of mahÄbhÅ«tas in doį¹£as etc.)
Whether there are other energies and what these are all about can be found in the Srimad-Bhagavatam, Bhagavad Gita As it is and other Vedic scriptures.
(1) Whatever we see within this universe, within material world and spiritual world, the spiritual world is expansion of internal energy, and this material world is expansion of external energy, and we living entities, we are expansion of marginal energy. So three energies. Multi-energies. All the multi-energies grouped in three headings: antaraį¹ ga-Åakti, bahiraį¹ ga-Åakti, taį¹astha-Åakti. Antaraį¹ ga-Åakti means internal energy, bahiraį¹ ga Åakti means external energy, and taį¹astha-Åakti means these living entities (cit kana part and parcel). We are Åakti; we are energy. We are not the energetic.
At the moment when ÄtmÄn (spiritual soul; conscious spiritual spark) through his karma and his material desires under higher control into a material connection – e.g. of sperm and egg cell – comes in, a living being develops. The consciousness of the living being is filtered through its material body. According to Vedic philosophy there are 8,400,000 life forms, which means that there are just as many filters of the consciousness of the spiritual souls. Within the human form of life, consciousness is again filtered in many ways, e.g. an infant has a different consciousness from a child and an adult a different consciousness from a child. In addition, a person's consciousness is conditioned by sattva, rajas and tamas, or a combination of these guį¹as.
The Vedas distinguish 5 stages of consciousness: 1. acchadita-cetana (covered consciousness), 2. sankucita-cetana (limited consciousness), 3. mukulita-cetana (budding consciousness), 4. vikacita-cetana (blooming consciousness), 5. purna-vikacita-cetana (fully blossomed consciousness).
The spiritual souls that reside in trees, herbs, grasses etc. and in stones are in covered consciousness. You are almost unconscious.
Animals, birds, snakes, fish, worms, insects, etc. are living things with limited consciousness. Their minds are somewhat open and their activities are mainly focused on eating, sleeping, defense, sex, play, etc. Activities that only relate to the body are fixed. They are not aware of the existence of a world beyond matter. Some animals have knowledge of the various properties of different objects. They may also show signs of gratitude and other feelings, but they do notseek higher knowledge beyond illusion. That is why their consciousness is called limited.
More can be found in the Srimad-Bhagavatam, Bgagavad Gita As it is and other Vedic scriptures.

So far, Iāve become vegetarian. Itās been four weeks. If I can stay vegetarian for a few months, Iāll become vegan. The change is big so I didnāt think it would be very effective to just become vegan.
I feel like being vegan is a great idea but people need to consider the fact that people may not be able to pay for it….
No shade tho š»
Being a vegan is dumb
I have always wanted to go vegan but I failed but after I saw disturbing videos of animal cruelty Iām not eating any type of animals any more at all this video helped me out a lot Thankyou
You definitely could use more protein. Every meal is all carbs. Bread potatoes oatmeal Fruit vegetables with some fat. But whereās the protein. I donāt think you even got 50 grams lol š and you do Barryās?! If youāre doing intense workouts your body needs more protein to recover. You donāt get enough! Any nutritionist would tell you the same
All carbs and fat! Hardly any protein
I am picky but I like these fruit and veggies:
Fruit- mango, strawberry, black berry, (unripe) banana, peaches, grapes, oranges, grape fruits
Veggies- potatoes, pickles, spinach, bell pepper
I also only can handle almond milk as I am lactose intolerant
