Do we need to squeeze water out of zucchini?
great
well done
Thanks 😊.
Yum! Looks great, I will definitely be making this
These patties are fire 🔥! I used a yellow squash in place of one of the zucchini. I also used garbanzo bean flour and parmesan romano cheese (the kind you sprinkle on spaghetti-lol). These are a new favorite. Thank you!!!!
Not to waste the nutrition from the vegetables, no need to drain them after grating.
Hi like the way you cook healthy and.simple easy to make LIKE wish to try them during this coming week .Thanks for sharing
I've always made my vegan burgers with veggies and oats/oat flour. I MUST try making them with almond flour! Thank you for this recipe!
Should try this👍
the patties looks amazing and they have a very good amazing taste i just love this but i love my digestion as well so i have planet ayurveda digesto plan and its just amazing
You are throwing food away.
I thought crisps sponsor cancer.
This is better than the impossible meat crap they are selling. I would pay 7 rupees for one of these veggie burgers.
If I left out yeast would it be OK
What can I use in place of the potato? Trying to keep carbs intake low. Thank you in advance.
Add anything in this important for your needs or as it is.

Made this today!
Added black truffle cream
The patty by itself was amazing
With the cream it was even better
Thank you sooooo much
Peace Queen
I made these over the weekend & boy they r sooooo good!!!!!!
I love your video, I teach Persian food myself
I do not eat potatoes. Can I leave it out from the recipe?
Thank ypu! These look lovely.❤
I'd drain the zucchini first
I am so happy to see that you have called these "patties" and not burgers. Burgers reminds me of, well, you know what I mean if you are vegan.
I can't eat nuts (nut flour). Would oat flour work? Thanks.
Gosh I was looking for something like this to add veges as I am so bad!
Thank you! I have subscribed as I felt it was so easy to make& I love the variations by other subscribers!!!!!
Thank you!!!!
Can I skip potato? 🙂
These look delicious can’t wait to try – could I not fry?
Cna you use the presaged shredded veggies in a bag like broccoli slaw or tri colored vs shredding each veggie? Also what is the purpose of the nutritional yeast?
II OM SAI RAM II
Removing water from the vegetables drains away most of the nutrients in them too, so they loose their health benefits..Instead, if oats, flattened rice or rice flour are added, they soak up the liquid, and not only retain, but add to the nutrition value and taste..
I can’t find the list of ingredients
Gonna make these regularly instead of eating meat!!!
I grated parsnip and pumpkin and they are so great.
I use my cast iron pot and ghey are very delicious
You don't need to drain the veggies you need to use the juice also it will be more delicious
Nice but you left enough stuff in the bowls to make another veggie patty.
Lovely. Thank u
Great to have the ingredients – but I can't find the instructions in print format, instead of the video. I checked Food Impromptu – but that just sends me back here. HELP!
It's falafil
Lost me at almond flour
I cannot use nutritional yeast nor cheese what can I add instead of that ingredient thank you
Can these be made without any oils?
Just outstanding. My husband and I made them for a PRIDE party and they were a hit.
