Thank you man ima start following this diet tips, currently weight 140pounds my goal is to gain some weight and lean muscle.
Personally I just eat a normal diet of whole grains, veggies, fruit, dairy, and meats at a slight surplus to gain muscle then when I'm ready to cut the fat I hop on 200mg of Testosterone per week and start a calorie defecit.
Or of course just hop on 70-200mg testosterone (TRT) work out a couple of hours every day and you will look like him in a year or two.

I've heard some people say that they count net carbs not total carbs I'm curious Chris (and anyone else) what you think about this or if you've ever heard of this. And I believe net carbs would be total carbs minus fiber as fiber is a carbohydrate but isn't absorbed by the body in the same way.?
