9:37 isn't this a mistake? Shouldn't it be around 20-50%, to lose 1.5-3lbs? To lose 3lbs a week you need to be in a daily deficite of about 1500 acording to Google, so lets say your maintenence intake is 3000kca,l that would be a 50% defecit and not 20%.
It’s impossible to find out what Jeff’s weight is in this- if you use the x12 rule Jeff is like 200 lbs and with x10 he’s like 240 and if you use his protein calculation he’s like 187- I don’t know what to think about any of this

Easiest way to measure cooked meat is to just weigh the entire batch after cooking, e.g. you weigh what was 1kg raw chicken after it's cooked, it comes out at 800g, then if you want 4 portions, measure out 200g cooked and count it as 250g raw.

Yes, I too am guilty of jumping through weight loss plan to others as well, I do believe that I must have tried every single weight-loss method that was available, however in the end not one of them helped me to reduce and maintain the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time using the Okibetonic Secrets mainly because my cooworker who told me incredible things about it and so far to date I have successfully lost 15 pounds in 4 weeks!

Guys, build muscle does not have to be hard (I used to think it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan called Okibetonic Secrets. Seriously, that program has changed my entire life.
