I just bought your 28 Days course and added on the Holiday Dinners one as well. I've been WFPB vegan since 6/9/2018. I had sharp pains in my head and chest that drove me to find a solution. I prayed about it and I had a thought to search how to reverse cardiovascular disease and found Forks Over Knives. I watched Forks Over Knives on the evening of 6/8/2018 and switched cold tofurkey (not that I've ever tried that)! The pains have gone away.
I also took the Forks Over Knives culinary course on Rouxbe. While I enjoyed the course and learned a lot, many of the recipes were just okay and I only really LOVED the mushroom gravy–and that after swapping out one of the ingredients that made it sweet.
Anyway, I'm excited to take your courses. I've been watching your videos for a long time now.
I'm not one to cry much but I cried when I found you. I am trying my best to eat WFPB I keep eating the same 3 recipes over and over and I know that i can't stick with that. I'll get bored. But I am determined because I have severe RA and just one week of WFPB I am moving more than I have in 5 years. I wanted to die before this. I had it planned. But I told myself to try this one thing and if it doesn't work then it's ok to end it. I am still in a lot of pain but it is receding. I am hanging on because maybe just maybe I will get my life back again.

Do you have a plan that is celiac and sulfate free (no chocolate, onion or gluten) I would be very interested in a WFPB course if you had it.
I’m just curious are your recipes convertible to like two meals because I cook for myself I just can’t see having leftovers for a week or week and a half

cuz' my son has been back for awhile and when he's here I have a very hard time maintaining a Healthy Lifestyle (he is Vegetarian)
But he mainly consumes beer and fried foods a LOT of Oils,Olive oil mostly . So your videos help me keep my"sanity"!

Do your recipes and course cater for diabetics i.e. low fat, sugars and salt?
Thank you for making this a reasonable price! I'm preparing to switch from junk food vegan to wfpb, and just found this. The only question I have is I signed up for 2 payments, and it didn't tell me when the next payment will be due, and if it will be automatically charged.

This is so wonderful, Jill! I am just seeing your new program as I have been too busy to watch much youtube in the last month or so. I have been "mostly" vegan or vegetarian for decades, but still need encouragement from time to time, and I have loved your show and your recipes. I am a Nurse Practitioner and I encourage my patients to eat more plant based and even help people to take steps toward whole food plant based lifestyle. Just curious . I notice in this post and also on your page to subscribe that within the pictures of the nutritional experts that you show, that there is no picture of Dr. Fuhrman or mention of the Nutritarian guidelines as you used to say and use. Does this plan still follow the Nutritarian guidelines of Dr. Fuhrman?
