Thanks for the recommendation, I just finished it….it’s hard to believe that Shirma failed for the craziness. Check out inventing Anna if you haven’t seen it.
I just watched this series yesterday, I totally agree with you, why would a mentally sane person give someone who they don’t even know that kind of money. At some point she should have come to her senses and realize that he was totally scamming her for money to support his gambling habit. Especially when she saw it for herself in Vegas🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️. All the people who were hurt and scammed by her, so many times smh🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️. You are right she is trying to sound innocent, but after so long she was just as guilty as the guy she married.
I started watching because of you. I only watched the first (maybe 2) episodes and I have come to the same conclusion. She passed on the Baldwin dude for his Twitter friend? She’d been better off with the homeless dude. When she hid her marriage and didn’t even let her daddy know she married dude even though Dad had met him, she knew he was a fraud. She is complicit and trying to act innocent.
Great review! I thought the same thing she was being manipulative by acting as if she didn’t understand what was going on and she actually believed she would get over in the end. Which I think she did.
I'm in totally agreement with you.
I got one for you that's a must see. Watch Somewhere Between on Netflix
