Paneer has saturated fat. And hormones which are injected to cow. And some puss and antibiotics. Very unhealthy. It can make u a patient of heart disease, hyper tension, diabetes and cancer.

Essential amino acids ( kind of protein) only available in animal products. So we must include animal products to get essential proteins
