Two things. 1.) The Monthly Menu is exactly what I've been looking for. I'm having my first baby in July and am really looking forward to resuming a WFPB diet for weight loss. Being a new mom, this program seems like it'll be a lifesaver! 2.) Would definitely love a demo of your new juicer. Mine's on its last leg too!
Hey @mary beck. I went to a diabetes dietician. Im not diabetic. But can definitely incorporate into wfpb especially with what Hannah is sharing with us. 100%rye, sourdough rye bread. I love the taste. New info with diabetes that this takes longer to digest helps with sugars. And very good for your tummy. Thankyou for sharing latest recipes Hannah. Would lv to do yr meal plan but will have to go with yr books atm. Thankyou for yr wonderful inspiration.
1500 calories a day for an adult female= chronic nutrient and energy deficiencies= weight gain rebound (due to adaptive thermogenesis). Hannah is a chronic yo yo dieter and making bank off the gullible people who think her weight loss program is sustainable.
Love both meals my only concern is that breakfast hardly had any calories. Was this intentional? Shouldn't breakfast be the biggest meal of the day? May be add more fruits to your smoothie or have a cereal bowl next to it? Would love to hear your logic on that. Apart for this thanks so much for all your efforts in growing our community and spreading cruelty free life
I have to say.. I haven’t followed a healthy plant based diet for awhile.. I am in need of it back into my life. But I do have non vegan children and because we have experimented with tofu throughout their lives, they’ll eat that stuff in plain block form. It’s quite interesting. We love tofu.
Your sushi bowl has been my work lunch for months now. I batch cook it on Sunday, enough tofu and steamed veggies for the week (broccoli and kale are my favourites) and enough for rice for 3 days (I do more on Wednesday eve), and it is my absolute favourite meal. It fills me up enough to get me to 5pm and I just love it. Before I would take soup or left over pasta but they never really satiated me enough to last the day. Then I'd overeat in the evening. But eating this has changed and like you I never get tired of it. Sometimes I change up the sauces, one day teriyaki, another sweet chilli, oh and adding pickled ginger is really good!

Did you have a link to the tofu press you use. I have just been using a couple chopping boards and a cast iron skillet to press mine and it doesn't work real well.
I ordered the Nama J2 as well!!! Taking a while to come as they are backed up but can't wait! I'm following the Chris Wark SQ 1 anti cancer diet. 64 ounces a day! Was taking me way to long with my Omega juicer.
I’ve been eating sushi bowls for years now (I started making them because I was too lazy to make sushi lol) I’m obsessed! but I’ve never added sweet chili sauce! That sounds delicious!

You should also freeze your tofu before all that. My grandma always did and I finally just started. It changes the texture.

I just got my J2 last week and its a dream. Timesaver for sure. Makes it easier to juice randomly without all the prep.
