Looks great. How can you be so thin eating like that. I’m so scare to eat a lot because I gain weight so fast. If I eat pasta the next day I’m 2 lbs heavier n now I have to wait another week to see the 2lb loss. What am I doing wrong.
How did you transition to cooked vegan food after raw and raw TIL 4 I’m trying to overcome cfs, have eaten mainly raw vegan, high fruit for a year. And for two years the year before that. Every time I add I cooked food my energy lowers and I feel lethargic. Did you experience this in your transition? Thanks for your videos 😁
I realy need help. I am fat and want to ~50lbs. I am very short (5'5) and a weight 110 pounds. I know I am overweight and that it will destroy my health is I continue being that fat. I have tried to lose weight many tames in the past but it did not work. I am vegan, eating healthy and work out 5h a day BUT I cannot lose weight! Please, I realy need help!

help me 🙁 I eat mostly whole plant foods. The majority of my diet is rice, potatoes, oatmeal, and bananas. Since going vegan almost a year ago (I didn't always eat mostly whole foods), I've gained about 15-20 pounds. Even with 95% whole foods, I still eat between 4000-5000 calories a day. I typically burn around 3500 a day. I stopped counting calories when I started eating whole foods because everyone says it's not necessary, but within the past couple days I've started again. I'm aiming to eat no more than 2500 calories a day and it's killing me. I've stopped oatmeal and rice completely as my usual bowel of oatmeal was around 600-800 calories and around the same for rice. Now I'm finding myself eating just a ton of small meals of salad, green beans, and whatever other extremely low calorie foods i can find. I'm really upset that this is what I have to do to get back to my ideal weight but I just can't stop eating so I don't really have a choice.
So pile of empty carbs, processed garbage and fiber is food?
