Thanks for these recipes! I am planning to cook in big batch enough for one week consumption to save time. How long will these keep if refrigerated?
Thank you for your sharing. Could you tell me how long we can keep cucumber and carrot in refrigerator? Could I make 1 time and keep it for 1 month?
These are great. I'll have to try them this Summer when the fresh vegetables come in. Have you ever had American coleslaw? It serves a similar purpose. It's also good for topping sandwiches/tacos.
Thank you. I'm interested to try them 🙏
They look so yummy! How long can I store these side dishes in the freezer?
Fantastic and beautifully presented! 🙂
Thank you!
I make some of these at night to eat with my breakfast.
I like pickled quail eggs with diced chili peppers a lot.
Delicious! Thank you 😊 Any suggestions for tsukemono made with mushrooms?
If anyone makes the one with honey and doesn't like the flavor, try it with light corn syrup or regular sugar. Looking at the color of that honey, I suspect there isn't much actual honey in it. Either way, these look easy and delicious, and I can't wait to try them.
Before making pickles do I need to mix salt with cucumber in order to drain extra water? Thank you so much for easy pickle recipes.
Just done the cucumber recipe…so easy! Thanks for posting 🙂
This was so fun, all easy to prepare and looking to make one tonight ( avocado and that last one red bell pepper was new ). Thank you.
For pickled cabbage, is it fine to use red cabbage instead?
Thanks!
Nice..I love Japanese food…Can you show some list of japanese breakfast , salads and dinner also…
whats the difference between mirin and rice wine vinegar?
If you live somewhere that doesn't have shiso easily available, various types of basil make a good substitute, although of course they don't quite taste the same.
なす以外はどれも美味しそうです。 なすが嫌い。🙂 Other than that, I love Japanese pickles. How I miss the pickle vendors in Japan. The avocado one is new to me. Thank you so much for making this video.
This is a very useful video. Thank you for it. Keep doing such videos on Japanese food.
Is it one teaspoon or
one tablespoon?
thank you.
Nice info. Thanks for giving me the basic of Japanese pickling.
I shall definitely give a few of these pickles a go. Thank you for the video
Easy and useful. Thank you!
All look very delicious! I will make some of these today. Thank you ☺️
Very clear explanation. Thank you very much. I will try to do it.
Thank you for putting the ingredient amounts in the Description Box! That is so helpful. 😊
These look interesting and tasty
I just love these. Each bowl it a different tasty sensation.
I am still looking for one a neighbor made me in return for collecting some seafood for him. I think it has sea cucumber and or sea urchin, as those were in the collection.
It's my first time watching your channel.I love Japan so much really wanted to visit one day.
Tanks. Good idea and tasty🤩
thank you
Wow. How long can these be refrigerated? I am single and if I make them, I’ll probably make more so would appreciate some advice on “shelf life.” Thanks.
I love miso, I didn't know you could pickle things with it! I am definitely going to try the carrot, bell pepper, and okra recipes! Thank you 💕
Greetings from UK. Thank you for these simple 💕 ideas. My poor veggies are always going to waste and now I can give them some extra life! Oh and one more thing thank you for not dragging it out with endless chopping lessons,♥️
Thank you for the recipes, they look great!
Here is a helpful hint, if you place a wet towel or paper towel underneath your cutting board, it will stop moving when you are chopping things 😀
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🥰🥰🥰
These all look great! What type of bean spout did you use? I usually spout mung or lentils.
