congrats!! a pound is still a pound gone!!!! 10000 steps in south florida easy!!! 10000 steps when i go to nc to see my daughter Lupita omg up and down the hills nothing is flat!!!! even the parks up there are incredibly hilly!!! but its a good workout !!! cardio is awesome!!! soon you will be the ones going up the mountain like its nothing- i love the videos keep them coming and yes more recipe videos please !
I think exercise has many health benefits, and it is definitely good to exercise. But, weight loss is mostly diet.
