I second the sentiments of @fightwithbiomechanix. I’m a husband, father of 2, work full time, and go to school. Meal prep for the week that’s simple, tasty, inexpensive, and keeps me on my diet is critical. Ty for all that you do.
They have these frozen onion cubes from the veggie section that is top tier in things you want the onion flavor in lol lol we cook bison and chicken frequently so i use it for that
Added 4 cans of mushrooms to it to beef up the volume and make more servings. Something I always do with pastas. Little tip for those who like mushrooms.
Made this tonight and it was great. I swapped in Banzai chickpea pasta and used less sauce to lower the calories a bit. Delicious and filling.

I always shred a zuchinni into my pasta sauce. It bulks up the sauce but without the cals.
I just made it. Replace the rotini with protein rotini tastes the same and adds a lot more protein
Do you drain the grease or keep?
Can you use chopped tomato or passata instead of pasta sauce? Would the ratios be different?
