the only way you're getting 55G of protein is due to the bread if I used the same bread to make a chicken and bacon sandwich (yum yum) I'd get like 80Gs haha
I just found this channel and it's great! I like the simplicity of the meals because they are easy to adjust for food intolerance. They also remind me of TrainingPal. He has a few videos on what he eats in a day for his calisthenics training. His lentil and sunflower pancakes is genius and allow the imagination to run wild with new meal ideas. He shows extremely simple meals yet they are nutritious and high in protein.
Great sandwich idea 🙂 need to get in to tofu more. And I never realised that you can get protein bread……. think I will try and make this bread myself 🙂

Dude, you should use kitchen towels or cloths to press the tofu, not paper towels… save the planet and all you know 🙂 great video btw!
