What are the storage requirements? You can't possibly eat them all at once 😁
Gosh dates and honey?? How sweet do you want this to be???
I'm allergic to peanut butter. what can I substitute ? thank u
Title: ;'no sugar'
*proceeds to add 1/4 cup honey'
lmao
Tbh this isn't no sugar at all, tho it is better that it isn't refined sugar– but sugar is sugar

Better off eating a Mars bar 🙂
Looks good but you can only have a half of a bite a day if it’s for weight loss. Lots of calories.
Peanut butter 😳
These bars are great. I've made them twice. One Tip I have to share is when you put the mixture in the parchment lined pan, flatten it out as best you can, and then add another piece of parchment over the top of everything. Then using a small glass, flatten it all out, and roll it over the middle and along the edges. This will make them very even. Then while they are cooling in the fridge, leave the parchment paper on the top for protection.
Snacking raises blood sugar. Maybe okay for children?? But still too much sugar
Yes, this is a treat and not an energy bar. From their website, (assuming 1 bar) is about 195 cals with 7g of protein, 7g of sugar, and 12g of fat.
Very high carb/sugar
LOSE NOT LOOSE. LEARN HOW TO SPELL
Tasty recipe but definitely not for "weight loss" 😅
All energy bars are crap. Do not waste money, time and effort to make them.
I’m allergic to nuts so I used biscoff spread
There’s tons of sugar here. Just no added cane sugar. All those dried fruits are loaded with sugar, both naturally and from being sweetened like the cranberries. Huge carb load. For a diabetic, this is little different than eating a candy bar. It would spike your blood sugar. Huge calories. No weight loss here. As a snack for a person with no health issues, a small amount of this is perfectly fine. But, like so many so-called healthy snacks, it is nothing of the sort.
6 grains of salt…lol looks good though.
