How in the fuck do you have a 4 pack? Like, you really don't even have some small 2 pack down there, there's just 4 cells. Really, wtf. Never seen anything like this. I know there's some people with 8 packs, but a 4 pack? And you have very low bf too! So it's not hidden, just not there, wtf.

Amazing man, well impressed with that! i've been vegan for 1.5 years now. I train powerlifting and made all my strength gains after ditching animal products. Busy doing a body recomp right now and I wish I could get results like you, you have an unreal physique. Keep it up
Do you have any advice for people who cycle a lot? I find that working out barely counteracts cycling all the time. It's been 3 years and I look pretty much the same.
