Yeah I feel like some food combos I thought I had discovered are being revealed here !! I now want to learn how to make my own ramen noodles from scratch to take it to the next level. Lol OK that might be impossible because I'm a "single dad" type cook. With these huge differences in ramen noodles I'm wondering what's in them.

Rose this was GREAT. If you also would have included fiber content in the comparison it would show how much more fiber (fiber = more filling) the healthier meals are. This is a step I constantly need to work on as I get very lazy with throwing together meals and dont always add that extra step of extra fiber, like the beans and greens which are so packed full of fiber as well as extra protein. I love it! This was truly one of the best videos you have done in my opinion because as vegans and plant based eaters sometimes we miss out on the important fiber.

I do this now for almost a year. Eat healthy in big quantities. The weight will come off slowly, but effortless. I also feel so much more better.

Hi the reason why people avoid carbs when trying to lose weight is because they are calorie dense and it's hard to create a calorie deficit. Calorie deficit is what causes weight loss. It's not because carbs are bad.
Carbs are also insulin stimulating, and insulin promotes fat storage

Just had a thought. What about the Dollarama noodles, not using the flavor packet and use vegan better than bouillon chicken, beef or vegetable. Add garlic powder and veggies and vegan hotdogs.
