How do I remain in a calorie deficit and still have enough energy to sustain myself when I workout? I am currently eating 1400 a day and so far I have dropped 7 lbs but I barely have energy to last through an entire workout
till the costant bloating will fuck everything up!!!

Eating so much soy for most women can cause issues hormonal. Women should only have soy in limited qualities / I’ve been eating vegan for a long time and there’s legumes and beans and such for protein too. Love the recipes though just as an FYI

I’m trying to be vegan with IBS, celiac disease, and loads of food allergies and intolerances. I’ve been eating a lot of soy and beans and having terrible reactions since I’m allergic to legumes, nuts, some seeds, soy, and cannot eat loads of different vegetables. Thank god for brown rice protein powder. Any advice on how to get in enough fat and also protein without having to eat a ton of carbs? Cannot have avocado because of IBS. Honestly, I feel best in rice and potatoes and a little oats but I know I can’t just eat those. Thanks!
