Ok so it's oats, applesauce, and then some sort vegan milk I assume… So how is it fluffy and have bubbles in it? It didn't look like you added a leavening agent.
Is the applesauce sweet enough? Does it taste like apples? If it does I imagine cinnamon would be awesome with it.
