I was living the vegan life for about a year and a half and I went through a tough transition when I lost my business and had to move 💔I’m still not eating meat it’s so weird because I thought about eating fish again but I just can’t do it. I’d like to go back to a strict vegan diet when I get back on my feet but for now I’m going to be easy on myself and do what I can and cook vegan meals for fun! And for health…THANK YOU for your videos I love the taco 🌮 walnut meat idea !
This video was just great. I want to try every single one!!! Even your tofu one's… I've been eating more like a Pesca-Ova-Lactotarian (fish eggs cheese). But when I need quick fixes… I grab trash food. Great job sis! And congratulations on the book! (I'm late). But GO GIRL!!🎉🎉💜💜💜🥰🥰
So I’ll be transitioning to veganism. 3rd attempt lol. And I think this time I’m going to start by ordering your cookbook, making your vegan dishes and adding meat. Then I’ll just use less and less meat until I use mine at all. My last transition left me so sick I couldn’t even go to work. I don’t know what I did wrong. I was eating all the things I should and I was taking supplements and my body flipped out. Didn’t do that the first time but this time I’m going to take my time. I just get so excited to eat vegan I go cold turkey for everything and I think my body flips out. Wish me luck. Thank you for sharing 🥰🥰
The food looks good I used to be vegan for about 4 years considering going back animal products aren’t good for us. Keep more food videos coming so I can watch and tweak it
Quick and easy way to make vegan ice cream is to mash a frozen banana with a few drops of vanilla. Add flavor of your choice; cocao, strawberry, peach, etc.
You make it look so easy! I want to go back vegan but feel like I don’t know where or how to start. I was vegan prior to having my baby and became disgusted with the vegan processed meat during my pregnancy so I fell off the wagon. But I feel like I was my healthiest as a vegan. Now I’m 6 months postpartum and I want to go back don’t know where to start, plus I’m still breast feeding. Any advice? I have your cookbook as well. Like what’s a good starter shopping lists that includes the various ways you make meat? Do you take supplements?
I love your recipes… Ty for sharing. May I ask… what food processor are you using in this video… I like it.. it’s quaint… and perfect for what I need.
Everything looks delicious 😋

I've been eyeing that pan for a minute now. It's so versatile and replaces so many pots and pans. And it's Black owned 💪💪💪

everything looks yummy (except for the baked peaches, i'd prefer eating them fresh), but why it is so low in carbs?

Do you like vegan cheese?
Me too I've been addicted to those seaweed snacks, it has to be organic tho because the fake one has a lead warning label

Can you do a grocery haul plz, I’m bloated daily and my skin is struggling. I want to convert so badly
You are so creative with your food and it looks very delicious.
I really don't care what you eat in a week just be thankful you have food
I just ordered the cookbook as soon as you said it was in stock 😂. Are you going to come out with a kids version?
Well I’m now on my 3rd day lol
Why do people snack on seaweed? I don't crave salt. I stay away from it. You eat chicken flavor? Why?

The walnut tacos are actually really good. I added mushrooms and onions to mine. My only complaint is the gas I got from the walnut is terrible!
